She stayed up all night wearing a miners hat the night he proposed…….just so she could stare at the ring all night, she says! I laughed so hard when she told me this. These two may be getting married years later than either of them had expected, but when meeting with Cheryl, they were like two teenagers in love. She gets giggly when talking about how they met and when she talks about “her Dan”.
Cheryl describes herself as (and I quote) “a crazy italian women and my mother always called me her gypsy. Dan is trying to bring the city girl to the country. I had my first tractor driving experience with my Dan. I dont know of anyone else in the world I would want to experience these things with. The show green acres is nothing like the real life I have with my Dan, But Jen I know my Dan will always be there for me , no matter what. He’s my mountain, rock and my life.”
You MUST know is that Dan is a man of many trades. Not only did he used to be a chef which means they make dinner together often, BUT he also made all of the flower arrangements for their ceremony and the reception…..gorgeous! AND the best part…I got to take one of them home! Fresh flowers in the studio..what what?! LOL
Dan and Cheryl’s reception was held at Chestnut Ridge Resort’s Crystal Terrace overlooking the golf course.
